Default Vabbian Wine drops...is this new?

This morning, some friends and I were vanquishing Vehtendi Valley and I got a Vabbian Wine that dropped from one of the bosses. There's no mention of it dropping from monsters on the wiki, so is this something new, something overlooked in the wiki, or a glitch?

Thoughts?

Just checked the wikis talk pages. Apparently, you're not the first, but its a very recent change.

No, its just that one boss. Has something to do with a old song or something.

From the incgamers' thread

^ If that's what it is, that's a clever change that actually kinda makes me smile.

I was going to object to the "old song" comment, when I realized the song was over 25 years old. It was the Billboard top single of the year in 1971.

But with the band's periodic appearances, I guess it hangs on.

That is a good song and I'm sure they play it on the oldies stations. "Three Dog Night" was a pretty good band in the '70's. "Mama Told Me Not to Come" and "One" are a couple of other songs that were popular. They were a little to much "Top 40" for me.

Ahh, makes sense. Thanks for the info, everyone. Neat little ditty they added.

P.S. I see they updated the wiki (twice) to reflect this addition.

Nah, getting to that boss ain't exactly easy. And its only a lvl 1 booze, that you can get from collectors.

Still, I wonder when they slipped it in. Probably around the same time as the Grog, but still makes me wonder what else is out there now.

I agree. It wouldn't be worth it to farm. Jeremiya isn't near a portal and there's a pretty good crowd of mobs that patrol nearby, including a couple of boss groups.
